Declare court case service enables employers (establishments) to register court's decision issued by the courts against their workers. This service will stop calculating fees and fines on expired work permit while the validity period of court's decision after approving the application.

Court's decision

1. Establishment signatories or representatives will access the service using their PKI enabled identity card or mobile number.

2. Determine the worker, then select Declare court case from action list, and initiate the application.

3. Add date of court's decision.

4. Upload the court's decision document.

5. Review the details of the application.

6. Submit the application.

No Fees

from 1 to 2 days

Internal review and decision by ministry’s staff required.
